As a student you are involved in major events in the field every year:
- HortusFlor Show Romania
- Bucharest Horticulture Days
- Bucharest Horticultural Fall
- Reconstruction of the gardens of the Royal Peles Gardens
You will practice in the modern greenhouses of the Agronomy-Herăstrău Campus, in the Hortinvest Research Center, or in the two USAMV teaching stations, with tradition since 1893: the Pietroasa Viticulture and Winegrowing Research and Development Station and the Istrița Fruit Nursery and Farm, as well as at the Moara Domnească Agronomic Research and Development Station.
