The University of Agronomic Sciences and Veterinary Medicine of Bucharest will not disclose your personal data for use by third parties other than those mentioned.

– the data are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected or processed;

– you withdraw your consent on the basis of which the processing takes place.

– when you object to the processing of your data;

– where there are doubts about the lawfulness of the processing of personal data;

– if there is a legal obligation that we as an operator will comply with;

– if the personal data belong to children under the age of 16 and their parents or persons exercising parental rights withdraw their consent.

We, in turn, depending on the available technology and the cost of implementation, will take reasonable steps, including technical measures, to inform all processors who have had access to your personal data that you have requested deletion of your personal data, including copies or links referring to that data.

The situations where we are NOT obliged to comply with your request to delete personal data are:

– exercising the right to free expression and information;

– compliance with a legal obligation;

– reasons of public interest in the field of public health;

– archiving purposes in the public interest, scientific or historical research or for statistical purposes;

– establishing, exercising or defending a right in court.

Right to restrict access to personal data – means one of the following:

– Rectification of incorrect or inaccurate data, you may request that access to it be restricted for the period necessary to verify the data and rectify it;

– if you discover that the processing is unlawful, but still do not want your personal data to be erased, requesting instead the restriction of its use;

– if our company no longer needs the personal data or the storage period has expired, but you want us to keep it for use in legal proceedings;

– if you are against the processing, you can still request restriction of access to your personal data as long as we verify that our legitimate rights as operators prevail over your right to object to the processing.
We will also inform you in due course if the situation arises that the restriction on processing is lifted.

5. Right to withdraw your consent – for data processing only where your data is processed as a result of your expressed consent, you may at any time send an e-mail to comunicare@usamv.ro notifying us that you no longer consent to the processing of your personal data.

All the above-mentioned rights can be exercised by sending a written, dated and signed request to the headquarters of the University of Agronomic Sciences and Veterinary Medicine of Bucharest, Bucharest, Bd.
Mărăști, nr. 59, sector 1 or by email comunicare@usamv.ro with the exception of the right to apply to the National Authority for the Supervision of Personal Data Processing and to the courts (by exercising a single remedy), which is exercised by written request submitted to the competent authority.

Applications made at intervals of more than 60 days are free of charge.

Requests made between 30 and 59 days after the previous request are charged a reasonable processing fee based on the time taken by the DPO to process the request.

Applications made at intervals of less than 30 days may be rejected if they are unfounded or abusive, in particular because of their repetitive nature.

In all cases, if we have doubts about the applicant’s identity, we may request additional information to confirm identity.
